Genre: Punk Metal

Punk metal is a generic term for artists who combine punk and metal in some way, without necessarily fitting into the subgenres of either. It can be used to refer to various genres rooted in both punk and metal which could include things such as crossover thrash, grunge, crust punk, metalcore, sludge metal and grindcore as well as sometimes overlapping with alternative metal, pop metal, ska metal and horror punk.
